SpeedUp Technology announces that its 7.85-inch SpeedUp Pad featuring a super slim and lightweight design will be unveiled at COMPUTEX 2013. Attendees to COMPUTEX 2013 are invited to take a first look at the SpeedUp Pad during COMPUTEX 2013 at booth # N1022 Nangang 4F Exhibition Hall.
Equipped with SpeedUp Studio (Digital Content Store), SpeedUp Pad enables new and better experience in enjoying music, reading magazine, playing games and using application. SpeedUp Pad is a super slim Android Jelly Bean (4.2.1) tablet PC with a thickness of only 7.9 mm (0.31”) and weighing in at only 300g (0.6lbs). The large 7.85” IPS display screen with 1024×768 high definition resolution provides sharp picture quality and wide viewing angles.

SpeedUp Pad is powered by the 1.2GHz Qualcomm’s quad-code Snapdragon MSM8225Q or MTK 8389 and has 1GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. This lightweight pad supports 3G wireless standards, including HSPA 7.2 Mbps or EVDO Rev A, resulting in faster downloads and sharing, while providing easy access to videos, apps, games, and the web. With the 5 MP rear and 2 MP front camera, SpeedUp Pad lets users conveniently take high quality pictures of exciting events, their friends or even themselves. The 4000 mAh battery lasts all day, so users don’t have to worry about running out of batteries.
SpeedUp Pad will be available in August 2013 for a suggested retail price of US$249. The product availability and specification varies by market and will be rolled out gradually in Indonesia, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Dubai, Sri Lanka, India, USA, Timor-Leste, and Hong Kong.
