In Taiwan today, InWin announced that they are releasing their newest Mini-ITX PC Chassis. This gorgeous chassis features a single, 4mm thin, piece of curved aluminum that houses two-pieces of tinted, tempered glass for side panels. The side panels still remain easily removable with four large thumbscrews.
To match it’s great looking exterior, the 901 is accompanied by exceptional space management to ensure that your 901 Mini-ITX PC Chassis is kept looking clean and pristine. It features 20mm of side-space that can be utilized for cable management, a hidden optical drive-bay, magnetic aluminum fan filters, and an ingenious rear cover that hides the cables that are connected to your motherboards I/O panel and add-in cards.
Even with the small size of the chassis there is no lack of hardware support, as the case allows for full-length graphics cards, a CPU fan height of up to 130mm, and large ATX power supplies. In regards to chassis cooling, the chassis supports 90mm rear and 120mm bottom fans, as well as 120mm liquid cooling radiator for the rear.
The chassis’ I/O panel features two SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports, as well as a 3.5mm headphone and microphone port.
InWin also released their new Gold power supplies, the 550W and 750W 80Plus Gold PSUs. The 550 PSU is a perfect match for the 901 chassis, as it has flat black cabling to match the minimalistic chassis design.
When the 901 Mini-ITX PC Chassis is released in North America it will be shipped with a 550W Gold PSU, which we should see in the next couple months. At the time of writing this article, there has been no mention of the pricing for the 901.
