The Tempered Luxe can accommodate most custom cooling systems including liquid cooling as well as after market fan cooling.
One thing that may need some work is the optical drive holders which are the only things that we found not quite up to par. As far as the temperature goes, our video card and CPU stayed a very consistent temperature even under overclocked circumstances.
