PACKAGING CONTENTS AND EXTERIOR
If you have ever owned an OCZ SSD, the packaging will look very familiar as it resembles the original Vector in basically every aspect:
Contents include the traditional offering from OCZ, which is actually more than what you get from most SSD manufacturers – 2.5” to 3.5” bracket, mounting screws, quick-install manual, warranty information, the all-important “I Love My SSD” sticker, and of course the Vector 150. OCZ has also packaged a digital-download serial key for Acronis True Image HD 2013, which is an excellent piece of AIO backup and cloning software.
Again the Vector 150 is essentially identical to the original Vector in terms of looks. It definitely is one of the more stylish designs we have seen. While it may look rubberized, it is strictly for aesthetics; the entire SSD is metal bound, cold, and soft to the touch.
Complementing the adapter, there are two mounting holes on either side of the SSDand the overall form factor is the ultra-slim 7mm we have gotten use to as of late:

SSD Powerhouse!
As expected with the Barefoot 3 controller, the OCZ Vector 150 has great performance, however, we found power consumption ratings a bit under the weather.
