FINAL THOUGHTS
The 600Q is a great case and it was fun to build something new and exciting and not your everyday standard ATX skeleton. As mentioned there were a few hiccups in our opinion but nothing that would make this case a complete deal breaker. Making it more accessible for front mounted 280 radiators would be our most important piece of advice so that it doesn’t interfere with other features. The lack of exhaust support in our opinion could use a little work as well. After all is said and done though this case is great to show off your components in a new light and unique setup. But that is the point of the inverted case, is too show it off. The 600Q being windowless doesn’t do that and we find it only sacrifices system stabillity to invert the heat path. So, our final judgement on the 600Q is it is a great silent case but if you want quiet stick with a regular case such as the 330R or 400Q. If you want to show off a cool slick looking inverted case go with the 600C. That will give you that clear look in to show off your beautiful rig. Although we find much to be desired from the 600Q it does deliver on it’s main selling point of silence and we can’t fault it for that. We look forward too what Corsair has to throw at us next and will still be able to cash in a Bronze Seal with the Carbide 600Q.

Inverted!
The inverted concept of the 600Q is fun and exciting but is better served in the 600C as hiding away the inversion behind panels takes away the point of inverting in the first place. We liked the build, it was not too hard and everything came together but there is room for improvement on this chassis.
Wow guys I think you missed the point altogether here! The point of the inverted design is not to show off your build, it is for better air flow. If you had installed the cooler in the bottom of the case you might have then seen why the inverted build is such a good idea. You get fantastic flow through the case with no obstructions, that way you don’t have to worry about heat from the graphics card exhausting via the PSU as only a small percentage would do so. I think that in this review you have got hung up on the inverted design and have tried a conventional build in an unconventional case, go with the flow!
