Overall, the performance of the ADATA Premier Pro SP920 solid state drive was very consistent with the listed specifications provided by ADATA. Even the switching of data types (I.e., compressible to incompressible) demonstrated that the SP920 provides consistent performance, and would be an exceptional upgrade to any system.
If you have happened to read our previous SSD report on the Crucial M550, you may notice some striking similarities. In fact, you may have noticed that the Crucial and ADATA SSD’s are identical, in terms of components. However, the pricing for the ADATA SSD is slightly less than that of the Crucial M550, and comes with more features, such as the 3.5″ drive bay adapter, Acronis True Image HD and support from ADATA’s SSD Toolbox.
The ADATA Premier Pro SP920 is truly a value-driven solid state drive. Not only did the SSD provide consistent performance, but it has a multitude of features that are included with it.
