This year at CES, Deepcool introduces new aluminum encased fans the MF-120 and 120 GT, both controlled RGB via an app on your mobile device. These fans come in two styles; an “X” style which also has a shell surrounding the fan blades or there is a more free, shell-less version. Both push out anywhere from 500-2200 RPM for peak performance. These fans will come complete with the controller hub as well as three fans for an MSRP of $99 AND $89 respectively. Look for this to pop out around Q2.
Deepcool also had a few chassis’ to show us. Starting with their Quadstellar. This is a futuristic looking beast, quite large in size and has four quadrants divided up for different components. Isolating things like your PSU in separate compartments there for isolating heat slightly while also not sacrificing any performance. The Quad is not yet released but look for it as well around Q2.
They are also trying something new incorporating AiO liquid coolers with chassis’ themselves. The addition of their Captain EX RGB cooler to a chassis is a fairly unique and relatively unheard of idea. Innovative, yes, stay tuned for more in depth review of such chassis’ as the EarlKase & Baronkase Liquid (MSRP $129.99) as the year goes on.
