Inhon, a Taiwanese computer manufacturing company, has announced a 10.77mm thick laptop weighing in at 870 grams. The company claims this will be the thinnest and lightest laptop to hit the market. Unfortunately for us North American notebook users there is no release date; there is however a date for the Taiwanese market: June 2013.
The specs for the laptop are respectable and quite fascinating to see crammed in such a small and thin case. The Blade 13 will have: 4GB of RAM, a 13 inch display with a resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels, a choice between an i5 or i7 core, and finally a choice between a 128 GB or 256 GB solid-state drive.
