On route to our testing headquarters is the latest tablet from Chuwi, the Hi8 Pro, which features an alleged extreme high definition (1920×1200) 8 inch screen for a clean and noiseless picture, videos and games.
The Chuwi Hi8 Pro tablet also features USB Type-C, as well as Intel’s X5 series CPU, Cherry Trail Z8300 64 bit Quad core, with processing speeds up to 1.84 GHz. Chuwi states that when compared with the last generation CPU with 24 nm processing, it has 50% performance improvement, and reduces power consumption by 20%, offering the Hi8 Pro more performance. It’s also equipped with 2GB of RAM and a 32GB internal storage device.
Running Windows 10, you can play a large variety of games utilizing the CPU’s internal graphics processor. Intel’s HD Graphics Gen8 processor has 12 cores and operates at up to 500 MHz.
