Today Patriot – a company known for making desktop memory, flash storage, as well as a variety of mobile accessories – has announced a new line of Viper gaming accessories. The newly unveiled line consists of four products, which include an RGB Keyboard, 7.1 Virtual Surround Sound Headset, and a pair of gaming mice.
V760 VIPER MECHANICAL GAMING KEYBOARD
The first of the four announced products is the Viper V760 programmable RGB mechanical gaming keyboard. It features anti-ghosting and full spectrum LED with a 16.8 million color rate, as well as an ergonomic removable magnetic palm rest, and twelve mutli-media keys, in addition to six programmable macro keys.
In terms of features V760 seems to compete well against existing RGB mechanical keyboards on the market.
V560 AND V530 VIPER GAMING MICE
In addition to the V760, Patriot has also announced two gaming mice, the higher end V560, and the more mid-ranged V530. The V560 (pictured right) features an “extreme precision laser lens” with up to 8200 DPI, and is also weighted with ceramic foot pads, which Patriot says will allow for easy gliding on all surfaces, and prevent the usual wear and tear. The v530 (pictured left) switches things up with an optical lens with up to 5000 DPI. Both mice feature a black and red color scheme.
V360 VIPER 7.1 GAMING HEADSET
Finally, we have the V360, which is a 7.1 Virtual Surround Sound enabled gaming headet, which features an ergonomic ear-cup design, and controls placed on the ear-cup rather than the cord, which Patriot says offers more even weight distribution.
